Leadership
A vision for great restaurants. A commitment to the people behind them.

Karalee Nielsen Fallert
CEO, All Good Management
Karalee Nielsen Fallert has spent more than two decades helping shape Charleston’s restaurant community. As CEO of All Good Management, she guides the group’s strategy and operations, bringing an entrepreneur’s vision and an operator’s understanding of what it takes to make a restaurant work.
Her approach connects the things that make hospitality meaningful: distinctive places, strong teams, and a genuine sense of welcome.
Experience built from the ground up
Originally from California, Karalee began working in restaurants as a teenager and made Charleston her home in 2000. Her career has included developing and co-owning restaurants.
That experience informs a practical perspective on leadership: a compelling idea needs talented people, sound business decisions, and the willingness to keep learning.
Put people at the center
Karalee has consistently emphasized the importance of team building and talent in a restaurant’s success. In interviews, she identifies integrity as a quality she looks for in people and a willingness to grow as a behavior she encourages in her teams. Clear communication, collaboration, and treating others with care are recurring themes in her leadership philosophy.
For Karalee, growth also creates opportunities for others. She has spoken about expanding restaurants as a way to support career advancement, financial mobility, and pathways to ownership for team members.
Extend hospitality into the community
In 2009, Karalee helped establish The Green Heart Project, connecting students with food, gardening, and hands-on learning. What began with a school garden at Mitchell Elementary became an enduring community initiative. She continues to serve on the organization’s board as its founder.
Leadership with lasting impact
Karalee’s contributions have been recognized with the Historic Charleston Foundation’s IMPACT Award in 2014 and Charleston Wine + Food’s Laura Hewitt Culinary Legend Award in 2020. These honors reflect a career that connects restaurant development with community involvement.
That connection is central to the vision for All Good Management: build restaurants with character, give people the support to succeed, and contribute to the communities that make those restaurants possible.
